Your shipment

Packages are generally dispatched within 1 working day after receipt of payment and are shipped via Royal Mail with Tracked 24 or Tracked 48 services.  DPD or Parcelforce services with a tracking number are generally used if the shipment is over 2KGs. For Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland Services packages over 2KGs are dispatched with Yodel on a 3+ day service. DPD shipments will require someone to be present to sign for the package on arrival unless other delivery options are agreed with the courier direct.

Packages under 2KGs will usually be sent via Royal Mail on a Tracked 24 or Tracked 48 Service depandant on the service chosen at checkout, these generally don't require a signature upon delivery.  If you would prefer a signed for service please let us know, there is usually an extra charge from Royal Mail for this service.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment and destination. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.

Damaged Items

Should your items be unfortunately damaged in transit please let us know as soon as possible and provide photographic evidence if able of the state the package arrived in along with a description of the damage, this will help us process a replacement item as quickly as possible for you and raise a claim against the courier.

PLEASE NOTE: If a Solar Panel appears damaged and the glass is shattered DO NOT open the box any further as the shattered glass may cause injury.
