Terms and conditions of use
Your shipment
Packages are generally dispatched within 1-2 working days after receipt of payment and are shipped via DPD or Parcelforce with a tracking number if over 2KGs. For Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland Services packages over 2KGs are dispatched with Yodel on a 3+ day service. All shipments will require someone to be present to sign for the package on arrival.
Packages under 2KGs will usually be sent via Royal Mail on a First or Second Class Recorded Service and require a signature upon delivery.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment and destination. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.
Damaged Items
Should your items be unfortunately damaged in transit please let us know as soon as possible and provide photographic evidence if able of the state the package arrived in along with a description of the damage, this will help us process a replacement item as quickly as possible for you and raise a claim against the courier.
PLEASE NOTE: If a Solar Panel appears damaged and the glass is shattered DO NOT open the box any further as the shattered glass may cause injury.
Returns
We will accept returned items within 14 days of receipt by you provided the product is complete, unused and in 'as new' condition (e.g. if you have opened the box to examine the product you must have done so without damaging or marking the product in any way).
It should be returned with the original box, packing and accessories. If the item returned is not the item you requested, or is damaged or faulty, we will arrange collection at our expense or provide you with reimbursement, we will refund you up to an agreed amount (to be agreed in advance) if you return the item at your expense.
If the item supplied to you is correct and you wish to return it, the cost of returning the item will be your responsibility. When the item is received by us we will arrange to send you a refund, however we will deduct an amount equal to the cost of sending it to you. Please note that this also applies where the cost of postage is not stated in the original order (eg: where postage to addresses in the mainland UK is included in the offer price). It may take up to 7 days, from the date of refund, for funds to appear in your account.
